The Ford Expedition Roof Rack is 100% bolt together and bolt on. CAD designed and HD robotic plasma cut. Fits both Expedition Standard and Expedition Max. There is no drilling or welding involved. This rack incorporates all of the factory roof rack mounting points and is an extremely easy and simple installation.

Implementing 3/16″ aluminum, the weight of the rack is 60lb. The only pieces that are not aluminum are the stainless steel hardware.
